Cancellation Policy

I authorize South Los Angeles Youth Academy to charge the credit card or debit card noted above for payment of the fees, costs, or expenses, which are related to Player fees. I certify that I am the person who is authorized to use this credit card. I acknowledge that if my payment is late, my credit card and or debit card will be charged. Declined cards will be assessed a $35.00 fee.
